It's called Aurora

The world is called Aurora.
It is an alternate Earth during a period akin to our own mid 1800's.
Magic works but is not a common occurrence.
Aurora is a world in transition as new technologies begin to slowly replace the “old ways” of magic and the supernatural.

The main tags for this setting would be:
Heroic Adventure and Romance, Sabers and Pistols, The Flashman Chronicles, Cannons and Hussar, Gypsies and Witches, Tai-Pan, The Brothers Grimm, Prisoner of Zenda, The Mad King, Stardust, El Borak, Jim Grimm, Kipling, The Black coat, Jack of all Trades.

  1. You really shouldn't name a place Kuk-Altan. Seriously, you shouldn't!

(Try google translate. English to Swedish.)

  3. This rates a spot on my 'must buy' list already, but the map just doesn't cut it. It's a great fantasy map, but the world you describe would have advanced sailing technology and that means the map needs to show the whole globe (maybe not in great detail for the for out of the way points).

  4. Hey guys,

BeRKA- I tried Google, didn't come up with anything. I probably did it wrong.

Kristian- The systems I usually build for are:
    Savage Worlds
    1PG
    Barbarians of Lemuria (BoL)
    ZeFRS
    BASH

Sean-The original idea was for a single adventure. the current map is an outgrowth of that. If this sells well then I could expand on it, to include the other side of the world but to start this is honestly all I could afford, map-wise.
